November – January
Every year, from November through to early January, we open the gates to our two Yarra Valley orchards for the public to pick their own cherries fresh from the tree. We encourage guests to pack a picnic and enjoy the scenic grounds after their cherry-picking experience.
Our farmgate store and café on-site serve up delicious cherry ice cream, beverages, and lots of cherry goodies!
Our season has finished for 2025/26, but you can sign up below to be notified when the upcoming season kicks off.

Coldstream Orchard
Our beautiful Coldstream orchard is our newest orchard, now celebrating its fourth season.
Coldstream is a slightly larger orchard, with a big open picnic area, modern cafe and tasting space and a brand new kids play area! Guests can enjoy views of the surrounding region, relaxing on the expansive lawns with one of our delicious cherry-flavoured drinks.

Wandin Orchard
Our Wandin East orchard is where our first ever cherry trees were planted, way back in 1940.
With a rustic vibe authentic to its heritage, guests can enjoy a true farm experience here during cherry season. With rolling lawns, beautiful views and an on-site cafe, we are sure you will love your visit to CherryHill Orchards Wandin East.
